To request assistance with repairing your computer device, please read the following statement carefully then complete the Get Repair Help form.
The Smith College ITSC shall have no liability regardless of cause with respect to data loss, data recovery service or data contained in any system left with the ITSC staff. We guarantee the parts installed will perform satisfactorily under conditions of normal usage for a period of 90 days after the repair date. The ITSC is not responsible for equipment left beyond 30 days.
